Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, you will ensure the successful completion of internal works while maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideally suited to a proactive construction professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential fit‑out projects and leading site teams through to successful project completion.

• Lead all on‑site internal fit‑out activities from commencement through to practical completion.
• Manage and coordinate site management teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver works safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, statutory regulations and industry best practice.
• Develop, monitor and update construction programmes, implementing recovery plans where required to maintain project milestones.

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering large-scale residential internal fit‑out projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams and multiple subcontractor packages.
• Extensive knowledge of internal construction sequencing, finishes coordination and handover processes.
• Strong programme management skills with experience using Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project or similar planning software.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to proactively manage project risks.
• A meticulous approach to quality assurance, snagging and achieving high standards of finish.
