WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will typically work in teams of 3–5 consultants and will be engaged in every aspect of the client project.
Working hand-in-hand with clients from all major industries (e.g. consumer goods, financial services, telecommunication, pharmaceutics, global energy & materials, AI, etc.) will be at the core of your responsibilities. You will gather and process information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for presentation to client management. Your team will help set the strategic direction, develop marketing and sales capabilities, and connect their organization to realize the full potential of today's omni-channel opportunities and deliver above-market growth in today's market.
As an associate, you will have an opportunity to build on your previous experience and as well as explore growth, marketing & sales topics that are new to you. You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams. You will have a partner assigned to you to help navigate your career as well as up to five weeks of formal training in your first two years with McKinsey. Additionally, you'll receive guidance and support from your professional development team in the selection of client projects, helping you develop your skills and build your network.

As a People Analytics and Measurement Data Analytics Specialist, you will work directly with the Alumni Relations Team to support its strategy and mission, and drive its analytical agenda to deliver meaningful innovation and impact in analytics.
You will proactively leverage existing data and help develop the foundation for the future data infrastructure by identifying new data sources that will provide insights on the firm’s program and services, which supports 55,000 alumni worldwide.
