The Role
As a Partnership Manager, you will manage key contracted Medstrom accounts and identify/develop new business opportunities within these accounts.
You will develop, maintain, and address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible whilst engaging internal resources to best meet the needs of the customer.
- Manage and grow key NHS accounts, ensuring KPIs and high satisfaction levels.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across Trusts.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Deliver solutions aligned to customer needs and objectives.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing contracts.
- Track performance metrics and analyse product usage to drive improvement.
Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
About You
To be considered as a Partnership Manager, you will need:
- Strong senior account management experience, preferably within Medical Devices
- Strong market knowledge to help identify opportunities for the business
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Extensive and demonstrable contract/service management experience at a senior NHS level with proven results
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
- Data analysis skills, including Power BI desirable
- Experience of tendering/operating leases/contract implementation an advantage
- Hold and maintain a full UK driving licence

The Role
As a Trainee Service Technician / Driver, you will ensure an effective and timely delivery and maintenance service to our customers. After training, this will include the delivery and set up of products for patients, within agreed delivery times, repair and proactive maintenance of products and support at the delivery stage to customers in various clinical environments. This role follows our Career Pathway, with clearly defined training, experience, and knowledge to enable you to progress your career with Medstrom.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Deliver clean, ready-to-use products to and around customer sites
- Collect products after use and return them to the service location for decontamination
- Disinfect, function check, repair, and electrical safety test products
- Complete records of testing, delivery, and collection
- Maintain available product stock and spare parts inventory
- Complete product modifications when required
- Provide product demonstrations and basic training to staff
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Hours of work: 37.5 per week, working Wednesday to Sunday, 8am - 4pm
You will also be required to participate in an on-call rota (once trained) to support the team and the customer. This is subject to an on-call payment and additional payment for hours worked.
About You
To join us as a Trainee Service Technician / Driver, ideally, you will need to have or be willing to develop the following:
Qualifications and experience requirements:
- Mechanical or electrical background desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Experience working within a healthcare setting is desirable
- Driving licence required (we use long wheelbase vans, but training and support to build confidence in manoeuvring these vehicles will be provided where required)
Personal Requirements:
- A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to work under your own initiative and follow procedures laid out by the business to achieve deadlines
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety rules

The Role:

The Role
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and own continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation and implement Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D to ensure products are designed for efficient manufacture and existing products continue to be improved.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Quality and R&D in the investigation of product issues, identification of root causes and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor production data and KPIs to identify trends and drive measurable improvements; carry out time studies, line balancing and capacity analysis.
- Write specifications for tooling and production jigs and work closely with R&D on the design of these.
- Support engineering changes, product updates and design transfers into manufacturing.
- Support cost reduction projects, maintaining product quality and safety.
- Provide training to operators and team leaders.
Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
- Significant experience in an assembly manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device or medical equipment industry.
- Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and delivering measurable continuous improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work and Root Cause Analysis.
- Demonstrable success in improving production lines, reducing waste, increasing productivity and improving quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to influence change and work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or Degree) or equivalent industry experience.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. medical devices).
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans or similar quality improvement tools.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Health & Safety Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering Medstrom's environmental and sustainability strategy.

- Support the ongoing management and maintenance of ISO14001 certification, ensuring documentation, risk assessments and records are maintained to support successful internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance with UK environmental legislation

- Support the review, creation and issuing of HS&E Documentation such as SOPs, training materials, and risk assessments
- Prepare and distribute a variety of communications, including PowerPoints, minutes, news posts and Toolbox Talks
Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday (approx. 8am - 4pm) based at Castle Donington, with some flexibility if required.
About You:
- Environmental qualification (degree or equivalent) or at least three years' experience in a similar environmental or sustainability role

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and own continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation and implement Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D to ensure products are designed for efficient manufacture and existing products continue to be improved.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Quality and R&D in the investigation of product issues, identification of root causes and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor production data and KPIs to identify trends and drive measurable improvements; carry out time studies, line balancing and capacity analysis.
- Write specifications for tooling and production jigs and work closely with R&D on the design of these.
- Support engineering changes, product updates and design transfers into manufacturing.
- Support cost reduction projects, maintaining product quality and safety.
- Provide training to operators and team leaders.
Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
About You Essential Requirements- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
- Significant experience in an assembly manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device or medical equipment industry.
- Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and delivering measurable continuous improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work and Root Cause Analysis.
- Demonstrable success in improving production lines, reducing waste, increasing productivity and improving quality.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to influence change and work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or Degree) or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. medical devices).
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans or similar quality improvement tools.
