- 6 axis articulated arm Robot programming experience

In this developmental role you will:
- Create, verify and release robot programs for automated cells
- Provide critical help chain for manufacturing to reduce downtime of critical manufacturing equipment
- Create, verify and release programs for other, programmable manufacturing equipment Design and deliver tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes
- Creating supporting documentation for automated equipment
- Support implementation of new advanced manufacturing equipment and automation
- Minimum of a HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
- Good understanding of tooling, fixture design and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in CAD with the ability to read engineering drawings
- This is a development role where training will be provided. But any experience, in any of the following areas, would be beneficial and show the transferable skills required to develop in the role:
- Robot programming experience
- CMM Programming / metrology
- CNC Milling experience with a desire to move into automation/robotics
Salary dependent on experience, between 31,502.01 to 40,710.28 per annum (will be increased shortly in line with annual pay review by in the region of 4%)
37.5 hours per week, working a Swing Shift weekly rotation (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm), which attracts an additional shift premium of 12.5% of your basic salary.
