Job PurposeReporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and embedding a positive, learning-focused, and psychologically safe culture across NGET. - Strong safety background, with significant experience in behavioural safety, safety culture development or organisational performance within a high‑hazard complex organisation.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) principles.
- Proven experience developing and delivering organisational culture change programmes.
- Experience influencing and engaging senior leaders and operational teams.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using data and insight to drive cultural and behavioural improvements.

A competitive salary between £57,000 – £70,000 dependent on capability. As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 30% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
