The Role

We are looking for a Keyholder who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our Edinburgh, St James Quarter location for 21 hours a week, across 3 or 4 days. We are on the hunt for team members who pride themselves on offering an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values. Ideally with a passion for the health or beauty industry!

We are looking for team members work well in a team environment, thrive under pressure and react to change in a positive, yet professional manner. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights until 8:30pm will be required.

What You Will Do

  • Drive forward sales and company objectives
  • Be responsible for opening and closing of the store
  • Take responsibility for cashing up and banking procedures
  • Assist the team and store management with daily tasks
  • Support with stock management at offsite stockroom, unloading deliveries, sending stock to store etc.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Drive
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Work on initiative and be super proactive
  • Perform product demonstrations through hand and arm massages
  • Attend and support events in store and occasionally offsite
  • Maintain company standards at all times (housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising)

The Role

Join NEOM Wellbeing as our Product Manager, leading new product development (NPD) across home fragrance, body care, skincare and gifting from formulation and packaging through to shelf, based from either our London or Harrogate office. You'll turn market insight and sustainability innovation into 100% naturally fragranced products that deliver on our four pillars: less stress, better sleep, more energy, mood boosts.

What You Will Do

  • Own on-time delivery of NPD/EPD launches across categories, managing CPAs through copy, design, legal, artwork, samples and testing
  • Feed into the NPD Gate process and pipeline using market, trend and customer insight
  • Create product briefs and source componentry, packaging and formulations with suppliers
  • Track commercial performance of new and existing products, ensuring margin targets are met
  • Support strategic growth via PD exclusives, limited editions, bespoke sizes and partnerships
  • Coordinate samples for photography, press and retail; produce internal Product Information Manuals
  • Recommend retail pricing and compile costings against target margins/RRPs

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in Product Development or similar
  • Track record of on-time, on-budget delivery, including CPA management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter confident pitching ideas and tackling problems proactively
  • Genuine passion for product, wellbeing and the brand
  • Strong communicator and confident presenter
  • Commercial acumen: costing, margins, budget tracking
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience in beauty, personal care or home fragrance categories (desirable not essential)

The Role

Join NEOM Wellbeing's Product Development team as our Regulatory & Product Assistant/Executive, based in London. You'll keep our Cosmetics product range complaint and support on Home Fragrance and Electrical products to ensure market-ready from UK submissions to US and EU launches. What You Will Do

  • Manage regulatory documentation (PIFs, technical files) and keep our master product database accurate
  • Submit product notifications for EU (CPNP), UK (SCPN) and US (MoCRA, California) markets
  • Support new product launches from a regulatory compliance standpoint
  • Review packaging artwork for regulatory compliance
  • Complete retailer forms and technical documentation to support international/retail expansion
  • Maintain the cosmetovigilance database and support Customer Service on product queries and quality trends
  • Stay on top of regulatory developments and share updates with the team
  • Provide day-to-day admin support to NPD and Regulatory (POs, samples, competitor reviews, ad hoc projects)

Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with stakeholders at all levels
  • Genuine passion for wellness and the NEOM brand
  • A collaborative, self-motivated problem-solver

Desirable (nice to have, not required):

  • A science-related degree (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharma or similar)
  • Some exposure to cosmetics regulation (EU/UK/US) or INCI nomenclature
  • Prior regulatory or compliance experience in cosmetics, fragrance or a related industry

What You Will Do
  • Have co-responsibility for the day to day running of a standalone store

  • Take full ownership of store and team in Store Managers absence

  • Training of current and new team members

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry
