Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and historically successful Principal BPO/BPaaS Sales Lead for our Agentic AI Customer Service business. Successful candidates will be domain subject matter experts in one or more industries, with a proven history of originating relationships and closing large, complex BPO and BPaaS deals. These senior‑level sales professionals will create a market of buyer relationships with decision makers at or proximal to the C‑level and will position AI‑first BPO/ BPaaS transformative service solutions that enable their businesses to achieve their Board‑Level, and Executive‑Level strategic outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market‑maker who originates deals proactively, adept at creating demand and establishing relationships with decision‑making buyers.
  • Subject Matter Expert in one or more of: Banking & Financial Services, Fintech, Insurance (P&C, L&A), Manufacturing/ Retail/ Consumer, Travel & Hospitality, Hi‑tech, Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Healthcare (Payor, Provider) & Life Sciences.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand the unique challenges, dynamics, constraints and goals of the prospective organization, develop a customized transformative BPO/ BPaaS proposition leveraging AI and technology automation, and consider the competitive landscape to create win‑win deals.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, collaborating with solution architects, pricing teams, legal, operations, etc., to structure competitive multi‑million‑dollar ACV BPO deals from initial prospect engagement through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and execute a strategic go‑to‑market plan with Managing Directors, Business Unit Leaders, sales teams, client executives, industry teams and partners to create market awareness and demand.
  • Build strong executive‑level relationships with prospective decision makers and stakeholder influencers, including COOs, CIOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations.
  • Stay current on industry and AI/ technology trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies relevant to BPO and digital operations.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the market and contribute to brand elevation via participation in industry forums, panels, and client advisory boards.
Required Qualifications
  • Ideally 15+ years of experience in BPO / Business Process Services sales with a deep understanding of transformative outsourcing models and a specific focus on Contact Centres.
  • Demonstrated success in selling large, complex, global BPO deals (ideally >$20M TCV).
  • Industry experience selling Transformative Customer Experience / Customer Service and industry‑specific core value chain deals.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to structure complex deal constructs.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience working within or selling to Fortune 1000 clients.

Overview

The z/OS Mainframe Storage Consultant is responsible for leading, building and supporting the zSeries Storage hardware and software infrastructure in one of the largest z/OS environments globally.

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform a Technical Project Management role for large zSeries infrastructure deployment and evergreening projects

Skills Mandatory
  • The successful candidate will ideally have multiple years of z/OS systems experience, specifically within Mainframe Storage (mainly IBM products)
  • Day to day support around products used in day to day activities
  • Understanding of CA Products - Vantage, CA Disk, CA Allocate
  • Demonstrable experience with Storage platforms in Object area, with experience in Dell EMC ECS, NetApp StorageGrid, Veritas Enterprise Vault, OpenText InfoArchive, Cloudian, VAST, Scality, IBM COS, or Pure
  • Hardware support knowledge - channel troubleshooting. Mid-level knowledge
  • IWS to analyse housekeeping schedules
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Automation scripting with API (using scripting languages such as Ansible, Python etc.)
