Job Description

The Real Estate Litigation Partner will be:

  • Advising landlords, developers, investors and major commercial clients on complex property disputes
  • Handling high value and strategically significant real estate litigation matters
  • Providing expertise across landlord and tenant disputes, development disputes, telecommunications matters and Building Safety Act related issues
  • Leading client relationships and identifying opportunities for further growth
  • Developing and executing business development strategies across the Leeds market
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and senior associates within the team
  • Working with colleagues across a national real estate disputes practice
  • Driving revenue growth and expanding the firm's market presence in Yorkshire
  • Contributing to the strategic direction and continued success of the wider practice
  • Maintaining and enhancing an established network of contacts and referral sources
The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Litigation Partner should be:

  • A solicitor with significant PQE gained within real estate litigation
  • Experienced in handling complex commercial property disputes
  • Knowledgeable across landlord and tenant matters, development disputes and wider real estate litigation issues
  • Commercially minded with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experienced in supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
  • Well connected within the Yorkshire legal and property market
  • Capable of contributing to and delivering on strategic growth objectives
What's on Offer
  • Salary ranging from £170,000 to £250,000 per annum.
