Overview
This is a role for someone who believes great school leadership is about understanding the community you serve, developing the people around you and creating an environment where every child can thrive.
Working closely with pupils, staff, families and the wider Trust, you'll lead the next stage of Parkfield's journey, building on strong foundations while continuing to strengthen teaching, learning, leadership and outcomes. You'll also play a visible role within the local community, developing partnerships that help children and families flourish.
We're looking for a leader who will embrace Parkfield's Therapeutic Thinking approach and lead with empathy, consistency and high expectations, creating a culture where children feel safe, staff feel supported and families know they're welcome.
This role would suit an experienced education leader who:

- Develops others and creates strong leadership teams
- Balances empathy with high expectations
- Leads sustained school improvement with children at the heart of every decision
- Lead the next stage of Parkfield's journey, building on strong foundations while strengthening teaching, learning, leadership and outcomes
- Collaborate with pupils, staff, families and the wider Trust to develop partnerships that support children and families
- Model and promote Parkfield's Therapeutic Thinking approach, fostering a safe, supportive environment and high expectations
