In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Lead Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery Implementation Clinical Consulting Team in North Europe (UKI and Nordics)

You are responsible for:
  • Leading the RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team of approx 20+ headcount, providing clinical consultancy services for RI solutions within North Europe.
  • Educating and coaching your team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS etc.) and driving methodology development within this area.
  • Validate solution design to fit customers clinical requirements and needs during presales phase for complex implementations of Philips RI solutions within North Europe.
  • Develop strategic working relationships and provide guidance to C-level customer leaders.
  • Serving in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips RI solutions.
  • Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition.
  • Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions.
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, evaluation criteria for obtaining results and enrolling those for North Europe.
  • Provide clinical consultancy services to highly complex projects within North Europe on workflow analysis, identification of changes and adoption of solution design.
  • Guide the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions.
  • Coaches and educates Clinical Consulting team Europe as well as customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.
  • Act as an active member of the Clinical Consulting Community Europe to share knowledge, experience and lessons learned.
You are part of:

Enterprise Informatics Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery Implementation North Europe. You will report to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader and be part of an inspiring team that has the goal to strengthen and drive performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation within North Europe.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • 7+ years of work experience in clinical area of Radiology Informatics.
  • Masters degree/qualification in clinical area, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in effectively structuring problems, designing solutions which the customer believes in and advocates.
  • Ability to simplify and persuasively communicate to different customer audiences ranging from individual contributors to organizational leadership verbally and in writing, face to face, and from distance.
  • Wide-ranging experience in Philips RI products.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English language.
  • Willingness to travel >80%.

As a clinical consultant in our Radiology Informatics organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide application configuration, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demos, call escalation handling and system workflow integration.

Your role:

  • You will be part of a fast-growing, expert Informatics Team and help lead the way in transforming healthcare delivery. You will connect patients with hospitals, contributing to healthcare innovation and improving lives every day. You'll be at the forefront of radiology informatics, providing essential applications consultation and workflow expertise for solutions installations across our install base
  • You will be part of the Radiology Informatics Northern Europe Team – a highly skilled, dynamic and motivated team working within both service and sales. You will report directly to the Clinical Consultant Implementation Leader for Northern Europe
  • In addition to supporting customers locally (UKI), you will occasionally assist with requests from our global application team, which will require some international travel across Europe
  • You will collaborate in project teams to configure clinical workflows and serve in a consultative role, ensuring smooth delivery and successful implementation of VUE PACS solutions
  • You will develop and execute training programs for clinical users; support the creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the solution’s go-live
  • You will own the resolution of defects related to clinical UI and workflows, and mentor customers in system maintenance
  • You will document as-built workflows, facilitate handover to service support, and participate in developing new solutions and product functionalities

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or vocational education and 4+ years of relevant experience (a clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science and Technology is preferred)
  • You have experience in a radiology department and a good understanding of radiology workflows
  • You have experience with PACS
  • You hold a radiographer license or have worked as a PACS administrator (ideally)
  • You are tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Products
  • You have experience with application training and/or consulting
  • You have a fluent level of English and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • You are a motivated team player, adaptable and have great interpersonal skills
  • You hold a driving license and have flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time). You are also flexible to travel to additional locations across Europe as required.

Please note that due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required.
