Key Responsibilities- Design and conduct in vitro and ex vivo experiments to investigate biological pathways and mechanisms of disease.

- Perform various molecular biology techniques including PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, cloning, and cell culture.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, drawing robust conclusions and recommending next steps.
- Troubleshoot experimental issues and optimize protocols to ensure reproducible and reliable results.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on research projects, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies in molecular biology and related fields.
- PhD or MSc in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life sciences discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in molecular biology research, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proficiency in a wide range of molecular biology techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques and aseptic techniques is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis software and basic statistical analysis.
