Overview

We are hiring a Market Planning Account Director to help shape how some of the world’s most loved snacking brands show up across Europe and Central Eurasia. You’ll work across iconic brands including Pringles, Cheez-It, Kellogg’s Cereals, Snickers, Twix, M&M’s, Bounty, Maltesers and Orbit / Extra / Freedent.

This role sits at the heart of strategy, planning, operations, client partnership and people leadership connecting teams, markets and capabilities to create work that is joined up, effective and built for scale.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the Market Planning function for one of the Kellanova portfolios across Europe and Central Eurasia, helping regional strategies translate clearly into local market activity.
  • Partner closely with portfolio strategy teams to shape communications planning principles for regional campaign briefs.
  • Own the development and sharing of campaign briefs with local markets, ensuring they are clear, practical and aligned to regional objectives.
  • Support local market implementation by helping teams apply regionally developed strategy in a consistent and effective way.
  • Build strong working relationships across OneMars local markets, Publicis Groupe capabilities, external agency partners and key media partners.
  • Act as a central partner for the Kellanova client team connected to your portfolio, building a close and trusted relationship with the Regional Media organisation.
  • Lead and develop a team of Market Planners, creating clarity, building capability and supporting high-quality delivery across campaigns.
Qualifications

Overview

We are hiring a Senior Measurement Manager to join a bespoke agency model built to support one of the world’s most recognised brand portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how marketing effectiveness is measured across global campaigns, turning complex data into meaningful business decisions. Working at the intersection of media, analytics, technology and strategy, you’ll play a key role in helping brands optimise investment, drive performance and build stronger consumer connections. Responsibilities What will you be doing?
  • Lead advanced measurement programmes to evaluate the impact of marketing activity and support data-informed decision making.
  • Design and oversee robust testing frameworks, including geo‑lift studies and controlled experiments, to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate Media Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs into clear recommendations that help optimise media investment and performance.
  • Partner with channel specialists, strategists and global measurement teams to develop measurement plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Identify measurement gaps and opportunities, proactively improving methodologies and approaches across markets and channels.
  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, engaging way for senior stakeholders, helping to influence budget and strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to maintain data quality, prioritise measurement initiatives and support continuous innovation.
Qualifications What are we looking for?
  • Experience in econometrics, media measurement, marketing science, advanced analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of causal measurement methodologies, experimental design and marketing effectiveness principles.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply Media Mix Modelling insights to real business challenges.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as R, Python, SQL and visualisation platforms to deliver actionable insights.
  • Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders, balancing priorities and communicating progress effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity for solving complex problems and a passion for translating data into business impact.
