They are seeking a high-caliber Client Relationship Manager to join their London office and act as a central point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.

This is a premium, client-facing role requiring a strategic and highly organised individual who can manage client relationships, handle all non-legal communications, and support the expansion of services within the portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with senior colleagues and the broader professional services team, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements
  • Corporate Services experience required – candidates from banking, private wealth, pensions, or unrelated sectors will not be considered.
  • Minimum 5–6 years’ experience with longevity in previous roles; ideally within the same or max two organisations.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, able to act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week and accommodate a US-shift pattern (approx. 10:00–10:30 start).
  • Naturally driven, ambitious, results-orientated, with excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
  • High-level knowledge across corporate services (training provided for cross-selling).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
