As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless delivery of food and beverage services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
Your leadership will inspire a team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging experience that is flawless from start to finish.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Strong and inclusive leadership skills where you have demonstrable experience of building a high performing team.
- Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

This role goes beyond campaign delivery. You will be responsible for defining the CRM plan, owning performance, and driving continuous optimisation through structured testing and data-led decision making.
You will play a key role in shaping how CRM evolves, including the adoption of modern platforms such as Bloomreach.

- Own performance across all channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail and outbound)

- Manage and develop a team of CRM Executives, including offshore resource
