Job Responsibilities
- Support the teacher to provide the safe and effective delivery of classes in dance, singing and drama adhering to material set out by the Principal.
- To adhere to all health and safety guidelines set out by the Principal during classes and at any external events/presentations or performances.
- To ensure the signing in and out of each child by an adult over the age of 18 at every session held
- To adhere to all child protection & safeguarding guidelines set out by the Principal
- To be accountable for the students in each class.
- To work as a team along with the Principal, teachers and assistants.
- To show loyalty to Razzamataz and represent an appropriate Company image at all time
- To attend staff meetings and training at the start of the academic year and 1:1 at the end of Term 1 and 3.
- To effectively carry out any further duties the Principal deem suitable within the remit of your role with the company
- To be enthusiastic about all aspects of the job
- Passionate about theatre arts and Razzamataz
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable and demonstrate good timekeeping
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business

Person Specification Essential Criteria- Experience of and a passion for working with children and young people
- Demonstrable passion for the performing arts
- Strong musical ability and understanding of dance techniques
