About the Role

As a Community Occupational Therapist we work closely with patients to enable them to be active members of the community and we offer high quality care to support their needs. Our main objective as part of a community multidisciplinary team is to provide education and intervention to allow patients to have tools to self‑manage, helping them avoid hospital admission and supporting discharges from hospital.

The Ilfracombe Community Rehabilitation Team works across a beautiful section of north Devon including coast and country. The benefits of working in Ilfracombe are access to the coast, moors, golden sandy beaches, and breath‑taking views from Exmoor National Park.
