A leading international law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Conflicts Advisory Lawyer to join its growing Office of the General Counsel. This is a key hire within a highly regarded team that plays a central role in supporting the firm's global risk and compliance strategy.
In this position, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, advising on complex conflicts and confidentiality matters while helping the firm make informed decisions on new and existing client engagements. You will also act as a senior escalation point, offering pragmatic and commercially focused guidance on high-risk and sensitive issues.
Key responsibilities will include:

The role

Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions (both in-person and virtual), including group and 1:1 supportDesign and develop training materials and e-learning content (guides, videos, quick reference tools, etc.)Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and create tailored training solutionsSupport the rollout of new systems and tools, ensuring smooth adoption across the businessAnalyse trends from support queries and continuously improve training effectivenessContribute to global training initiatives and collaborate with international colleaguesManage and track training activity through the firm's Learning Management System (LMS)
About you
5+ years' experience in technology training, ideally within a professional services environmentStrong experience delivering blended learning (classroom, virtual, e-learning)Confident working with and presenting to senior stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and solutions-focusedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.
