- Demonstrated experience leading AI‑enabled initiatives, including evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of solutions that create measurable business value and operational impact.

OverviewAs part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years, we have created a new position of a National Account Manager UK. This role will be key to driving the next phase of the UK business development and reinforcing the team. Working closely with the product, marketing, digital teams, and the European Hub, this person will be responsible for the customers’ growth.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of strategic national accounts and act as the main point of contact for these clients. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing account‑specific sales strategies and initiatives, working towards achieving sales targets and revenue objectives for the assigned accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new national account partnerships to expand the company’s customer base and market share.
- Lead contract negotiations with national accounts, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability and financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, product development, operations and finance—to deliver solutions that meet the needs of national accounts and align with company strategy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities, and use this information to develop insights and recommendations for enhancing the company’s competitive position.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and updates on account activities to senior management. Keep accurate records of account interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns raised by national accounts promptly and effectively.
- When applicable, lead and mentor a team of account managers or sales representatives to achieve team goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 3–5 years in national account management or a similar sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
