With significant plans for continued growth, we're investing seriously in our marketing function to support that ambition and we're looking for a driven Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Group Marketing Team.

This is a hands-on, varied role within a busy marketing team, covering everything from social media and content to campaign delivery and performance reporting across multiple brands and sites.


The Role

You will assist in the planning, creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of allocated brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, award-winning environment where no two days are the same.


What you'll do

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media, website, and other digital channels for multiple brands.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reporting.
  • Assist with the planning and promotion of events, launches, and site activity across the group.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers on advertising, print, and digital media.
  • Support brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, sites, and brands.
  • Work closely with sales and aftersales teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and assist when required.


What you'll bring

  • Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business
  • At least 1 year's experience in a marketing role, agency, or relevant placement we're open to strong graduates as well as more experienced candidates.
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Confident using social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta paid advertising campaigns through Ads Manager
  • Some experience with website CMS platforms or email marketing tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive, organised approach comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
  • Full driving licence, with travel between local sites as required.

This is a genuinely cross-functional role with real ownership and direct visibility to senior leadership. You'll work across sales, aftersales, marketing, and finance, rolling out new technology, improving data and reporting, and driving genuine adoption of what you build.


What you'll do

Business improvement and process optimisation

  • Work with stakeholders across sales, aftersales, parts, logistics, and back-office functions to map current processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Analyse workflows and recommend system or process changes that reduce cost, cycle time, or manual effort.
  • Track and report on the benefits delivered from improvement initiatives.
  • Build business cases for proposed initiatives, including cost, time savings, and payback period.


AI and innovation

  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency and ways of working across the group.
  • Support the rollout of AI tools into customer-facing and internal processes.
  • Measure and report on the impact and adoption of AI initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions to build AI awareness and adoption among management.


IT systems and project delivery

  • Plan, test, and roll out new systems and upgrades, including dealer management, CRM, and reporting platforms.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors on delivery.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, manage issue logs, and support go-live activities.
  • Manage relationships with technology and software vendors, including escalation of support issues through to resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to utilise Microsoft 365 applications more effectively across departments.


Data, reporting, and analytics

  • Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards providing visibility of sales, stock, service, and financial performance.
  • Improve data accuracy and consistency across systems, and support data cleansing initiatives.
  • Provide analysis to support business cases for improvement projects.


Communications and adoption

  • Roll out and champion stronger frameworks for internal and departmental communications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users and IT, resolving system-related issues or escalating as required.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training on new tools and processes.
  • Support adoption of new systems and processes across departments and sites.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.


Governance and compliance

  • Ensure improvement initiatives comply with company IT policies, data protection requirements, and audit standards.
  • Support periodic reviews of system access, licensing, and IT asset records.


Reporting

  • Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.


What you'll bring

  • At least 1 year's experience in IT, business analysis, or process improvement we're open to strong graduates as well as more experienced candidates.
  • Exposure to system implementation, upgrades, or rollout projects, whether through work experience, placement, or academic project work.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.
  • A genuine interest in AI and how it can be applied practically in business.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, organised approach comfortable running several projects at once.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel between local sites as required.

The Role

The purpose of the Sales Administrator is to provide administrative support to the sales team across the Portadown site, ensuring accuracy in the vehicle ordering process. The Sales Administrator will ensure each customer order meets the specified requirements and that the administrative tasks associated with ordering, processing and delivering a vehicle are completed accurately and on time.

Role & Responsibilities.

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Be willing to learn online systems for the completion of new vehicle registrations
  • Manage delivery documentation for incoming vehicles
  • Support the ordering and sourcing of new vehicles as required
  • Maintain accurate records for used car taxation programmes in line with company and legal requirements
  • Ensure all DVLA documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time
  • Accurately input vehicle orders onto the Manufacturer's system, based on signed customer agreements
  • Build excellent relationships with the Sales teams to ensure efficiency in relation to communication and customer service.
  • Respond to customer queries and requests efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless handover and delivery processes

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent administration with at least two years sales administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

This role will suit someone with a genuine desire to offer excellent customer service. Given the nature of the job the ability to process information accurately and efficiently is essential. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with others and have excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications. Preference will be given to those applicants with taxing vehicles, working knowledge of Keyloop computer system, deal file and previous experience in the car industry.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive you will be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service we provide is offered consistently and that the needs of our customers are listened to and delivered upon in the most professional and enthusiastic manner possible. From initial enquiry right through to customer delivery you will be the point of contact for our customer keeping them up to date & following up accordingly in line with the sales processes.

While continually offering an outstanding level of service you will ensure that you are achieving your targets & penetrating opportunities in used vehicle sales, finance, insurance, paint protection & accessories.

Experience & Skills

Ideally you will have a minimum of two years car sales experience and one years customer service / sales experience gained in a retail environment eg. vehicle sales, furniture, electronics or mobile phones. Excellent IT skills are essential in order to carry out the necessary administration within this role. The ability to follow process accurately is essential in order to be successful in this role. You must also hold a clean valid driving licence.

Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical faults on customers’ cars. You must ensure a fantastic standard of work and aim for a first‑time fix every time. This position offers ongoing training and the opportunity to develop skills in the Nissan environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components and diagnose issues accurately using computer‑based diagnostic equipment.
  • Repair or replace broken or defective parts and confirm that defects have been resolved.
  • Train other team members in various diagnostic and repair methods.
  • Liaise with the Nissan vehicle manufacturer and customers to communicate faults and required repairs.
  • Record test results and findings, maintaining records to manufacturer requirements.
  • Assist in workshop planning and pre‑diagnosis of vehicle faults, including speculative ordering of parts to ensure first‑time fixes.
  • Road‑test vehicles to verify repairs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 and proven experience with a leading vehicle manufacturer, achieving Diagnostic Level.
  • Ability to work efficiently both as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to follow checklists and ensure all procedures are completed.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with manufacturers and customers.
