PurposeLead the definition, build‑out and growth of SITA’s Total Airport Management (TAM) Transformation & Services business in Airport BU, establishing a new team in a key strategic growth area and owning the end‑to‑end service model across TAM adoption, operating model transformation and data services to enable airports to realise measurable value from TAM, as one side of the overall TAM proposition of which TAM Product & Innovation is the other.

- Own TAM services business performance, including revenue, profitability, pipeline and customer value realisation.
