Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior PR Account Executive to join our in‑house PR team, working across our + Me brands. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

In this role, you will manage relationships with external PR agencies, support the execution of PR campaigns, and drive strategic projects to enhance our brand presence. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of all external communications with our brand goals and objectives.

• Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external PR agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless execution of campaigns
• Campaign Coordination: Support in the execution of PR campaigns, working cross‑functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, creative, and digital) and external partners
• Project Management: Manage own projects, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while meeting brand standards
• Event Management: Support in the planning and execution of press events, product launches, and brand activations. Work with external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and successful event execution
• Strategic Planning: Support PR Manager in developing and implementing PR strategies that align with brand goals and objectives
• Reporting & Analysis: Track the performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams

• Ideally 4+ years’ experience in PR, communications or a related marketing role, either in‑house or at a leading consumer, beauty or lifestyle agency
• Deep understanding of the skincare, beauty and wellness landscape, with strong awareness of media, cultural trends and opinion‑formers
• Proven ability to lead PR activity end‑to‑end, managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and agencies with confidence

About the role

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an exceptional Controls and Automation Engineer to join our Operations Team at Skin + Me. This is a full time role based at our state of the art factory in North Acton.

As a Controls and Automation Engineer at Skin + Me you will be part of the end-to-end project process - spanning from initial system specification, all of the way to commissioning and system handover to production teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in either mechanical engineering, controls and automation, mechatronics, electrical, or similar, and be highly competent at problem solving challenges in a manufacturing environment.

• Work on exciting, challenging, and rewarding projects
• Deliver a wide variety of different systems, seeing real tangible products as a result
• Be part of, and integral to the rapid expansion of the factory, and company as a whole
• Provide direct technical assistance to major engineering issues around the factory

These are the skills we’re looking for. Even if you don’t tick every box, but feel you’re right for us, we’d still love to hear from you:

• Have a minimum of a years experience programming (IEC 61131-3) PLC systems
• Understanding of electrical schematics, wiring, and electrical safety
• Ability to spec and document complete control system solutions, deriving them from factory requirements and new product introduction projects
• Able to work well under pressure (for example during a stop in a production line for upgrade or fixes) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Bonus points if you have the following additional skills:

• Programming with Siemens TIA, specifically with S7-1500 PLC's
• Deployment of complex, multi-axis motion control systems
• Experience with closed loop motion control systems, more specifically linear and rotary servo motors
• Hands on experience wiring both DC control circuits, and AC (low voltage) power systems to accepted standards
• Understanding of electrical legislation, safety procedures, standards. Especially functional safety
• Knowledge and use of CAD packages to design mechanical parts, specifically SolidWorks

We’re looking for an experienced pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team at Skin + Me. This is a full time role working from our production facility to cover the night shift.

As the Night-Shift Pharmacist, you will act as the Responsible Pharmacist on duty overseeing the production and dispensing of personalised prescription creams at our registered pharmacy site. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of all operational activities whilst also delivering batch quality control and approving prescriptions from a clinical and legal standpoint. Additionally, you will take an active role in maintaining and developing the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (PQMS) to ensure continuous compliance of the pharmacy.

This is a pivotal role within the Pharmacy Team with strong ties to the Prescribing, Operations, Engineering and Customer Service team. The successful candidate will work autonomously taking full ownership of their role, take on and complete assignments to a high standard, uphold regulatory standards and act as the responsible pharmacist to meet our pharmacy licence commitments.

• Maintain clinical governance and regulatory compliance of the pharmacy
• Ensure all members of staff adhere to the Quality System
• Ensure Policies for Information and Clinical Governance are adhered to by all members of staff
• Maintain clinical risk assessments and ensure all legal requirements are met
• Ensure best practices are followed to ensure the quality of product and facility
• Be the responsible person for the operation
• Having a hands on approach to all aspects of the operation within the facility including quality and batch control analysis
• Work with the team to continuously improve the safety, efficiency and quality of the facility
• Perform batch release processes by reviewing all batch data ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained for every batch
• Design and maintain SOP's for all pharmacy activities ensuring compliance with relevant bodies

• Report any suspected falsified medicines if required to the MHRA, as required
• Report any deviations, complaints & raw material issues that could lead to a recall
• Ensure that all staff employed temporarily or permanently carrying out activities are trained appropriately
• Own incident reporting and process improvement to uphold quality standards
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure continuous compliance with all legal and regulatory standards

• Qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC (this is a must have)

You’ll join the team behind our core commerce and clinical journey: the ecom stack, consultation engine, patient and prescription systems, and order generation. This is where customers discover us, complete a clinical consultation, subscribe, and receive their personalised treatment, at real consumer scale.

On our Python and React stack, that's the storefront behind Skin + Me and Hair + Me, our flagship brands serving customers at scale.

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across this system in our Python / Flask / React stack: backend services and data models through to the customer-facing frontend, with the judgement to make sound architectural calls as we scale to more brands and more customers.

• Own features end-to-end: from Python/Flask services and data schemas to the React frontend, across systems like checkout, subscriptions, and the consultation-to-prescription flow.
• Scale what's working: keep the platform fast, correct and resilient through new brand launches and rising volume, and make the architectural calls that keep it that way.
• Lift the team: clean, well-tested code and honest reviews that help the engineers around you ship with confidence.

• Depth and breadth: strong, recent, hands-on full-stack experience. You're genuinely capable across backend and frontend, not just one side.
• Engineering judgement: clean code, clear API design, sound data modelling, and the instinct to pick the simple, robust solution over the clever one.
• Shipped impact: features you owned and shipped that moved something real for customers or the business.
• Care where it counts: correctness isn't negotiable when your code decides what treatment a patient receives.
• The stack: production command of Python (Flask) and React/TypeScript; relational databases (MySQL ideal) with SQLAlchemy/Alembic; comfort with AWS and Docker.
• Clear communication: most of our work happens in PRs, design docs and async decisions, so writing clearly matters.
• Roughly6+ years building software in production. We read for depth and shipped impact, not years.

We're a small, experienced engineering team working closely with product, clinical and operations. We care about craft: clean code, honest reviews, and owning what you ship through to production. And because our software turns a clinical consultation into a real prescription and a treatment someone receives, correctness and care aren't optional here. They're the job.

Agentic tools like Claude Code and Codex are a standard part of how we work, and we're leaning into them hard: we automate the routine so we can spend our energy on the harder problems. You'll need to be comfortable working this way, and real skill with these tools is a genuine advantage we value. But it's a multiplier on strong engineering judgement, not a substitute for it, and never a prerequisite. If it's newer to you and you're keen to grow, we'll back you.

Skin + Me is seeking a skilled Controls and Automation Engineer to join their Operations Team at their factory in North Acton, Greater London. In this role, you will lead automation projects from inception to commissioning, improving safety and efficiency within manufacturing processes.
