• Lead the full resource planning cycle across Sky Business, from in‑day management to long‑term 5‑year capacity planning.
• Manage resource deployment for 240 FTE today, scaling to 500+ in the coming years.

• Review and present key Financial Statements including P&L, BS and WC submissions.
• Prepare/Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with the evidence of review policy

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for delivering and maintaining Sky's corporate IAM technology services, enabling secure provisioning and governance of user identities and entitlements across Sky Group (UK, Italy, and Germany).

• Design, develop, implement and maintain IAM solutions in One Identity Manager, including custom scripts, processes and connectors for identity sources such as Active Directory, LDAP and HR systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver IAM solutions that meet business requirements, security standards and regulatory compliance, with an identity-first and least-privilege approach.
• Own the development lifecycle for your solutions, including testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, deployment and change compliance.
• Keep the IAM platform aligned with emerging technologies through timely upgrades, regular audits and assessments, and by identifying and addressing security gaps or vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM best practice, solution design and implementation to clients and colleagues, and contribute to training and technical documentation where required.
• Work autonomously on complex projects, support audits and evidence gathering, make best-practice recommendations to senior management (e.g. NIST, NCSC), and mentor other members of the team.

• Extensive experience with One Identity and other Identity Governance and Administration tools, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, access controls and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and both legacy and modern authentication methods.
• Expertise in cross-platform scripting (e.g. TSQL, PowerShell, Bash), web APIs (including SOAP, REST and GraphQL), and on-premise and cloud directory services such as LDAP, Azure AD and GSuite.
• Excellent security awareness, with knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST and CIS.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and optimise GenAI-powered search and conversational chatbot experiences that integrate seamlessly into scalable mobile and TV applications used by end users
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines combining LLMs with structured and unstructured data
• Optimise relevance, latency, and response quality for interactive UI components
• Evaluate and improve models using real-world feedback, analytics and experimentation
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and UX teams to embed AI components into user-facing applications
• Contribute to system architecture, model selection, and deployment strategies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the engineering team

• Extensive experience with traditional machine learning systems and GenAI (LLMs, agent frameworks), including proven delivery of GenAI‑powered search or chatbot solutions in production
• Working experience and in‑depth understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Working experience and in‑depth understanding of vector databases and semantic search
• Working experience and in‑depth understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Extensive programming expertise, primarily in Python, delivering ML and GenAI solutions with a language‑agnostic mindset
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS Lambda best practices)
• Strong team player and confident communicator with experience as a tech lead and individual contributor in agile, fast‑paced environments

As Senior Propositions Manager - Mid Market & Enterprise, you will lead the development, management, and evolution of propositions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate across a complex matrix organisation to understand customer needs, identify commercial opportunities, and shape compelling, value-driven propositions

• Proposition strategy: Lead the identification and development of new proposition opportunities for enterprise customers, spanning connectivity solutions including broadband, dedicated internet access (DIA), public WiFi , SD-WAN and associated professional services.
• Develop and own the roadmap, strategy and business cases for new propositions and marketing investments, underpinned by robust insight and data, and aligned to the L ong R ange P lan (LRP) and annual operating plan.
• Leverage customer, competitor, trading and market insight to develop differentiated, market-leading propositions that strengthen Sky Business's competitive advantage and drive growth in the enterprise segment.
• Partner with Commercial and Pricing teams to define pricing strategy and provide clear commercial guidance for the proposition and wider enterprise category portfolio
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Programme teams to successfully bring propositions to market and ensure delivery of the intended customer and commercial outcomes

• Strong numeracy and commercial acumen, able to assess market opportunity in terms of volume, pricing, revenue and profit, and to design effective pricing and packaging strategies.
