What you'll do: Affiliate Operations (Core Responsibilities)- Execute day-to-day affiliate operations , including campaign setup, offer management (pricing, vouchers, tenancy), and link builds across key products (Broadband, TV, Mobile)
- Conduct sales validations , ensuring accuracy of reported sales and resolving discrepancies
- Manage postcode uploads (Openreach & CityFibre) to enable accurate targeting and availability across partner activity
- Own offer and link QA processes , including uploads and bi-weekly checks to ensure tracking accuracy and seamless customer journeys
- Implement and maintain broadband finance and promotional updates , ensuring alignment across all live campaigns
- Troubleshoot and resolve link, tracking, and journey issues , working with internal teams and external partners to minimise disruption
- Build and maintain effective relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and tech platforms , supporting ongoing performance and campaign execution
- Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wider strategic initiatives
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital operations , ideally with hands‑on use of affiliate networks (e.g. Awin, Impact, CJ)
- Strong operational expertise across campaign execution, link management, tracking, and QA , with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance data, optimise campaigns, and manage budgets to drive ROI
- Confident stakeholder manager, experienced in building relationships with partners, networks, and internal teams across Digital, Marketing, and Commercial functions
- Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or tracking issues , working cross-functionally to implement fixes

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for delivering and maintaining Sky's corporate IAM technology services, enabling secure provisioning and governance of user identities and entitlements across Sky Group (UK, Italy, and Germany).
What you'll do- Design, develop, implement and maintain IAM solutions in One Identity Manager, including custom scripts, processes and connectors for identity sources such as Active Directory, LDAP and HR systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver IAM solutions that meet business requirements, security standards and regulatory compliance, with an identity-first and least-privilege approach.
- Own the development lifecycle for your solutions, including testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, deployment and change compliance.
- Keep the IAM platform aligned with emerging technologies through timely upgrades, regular audits and assessments, and by identifying and addressing security gaps or vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical guidance on IAM best practice, solution design and implementation to clients and colleagues, and contribute to training and technical documentation where required.
- Work autonomously on complex projects, support audits and evidence gathering, make best-practice recommendations to senior management (e.g. NIST, NCSC), and mentor other members of the team.
- Extensive experience with One Identity and other Identity Governance and Administration tools, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, access controls and identity lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and both legacy and modern authentication methods.
- Expertise in cross-platform scripting (e.g. TSQL, PowerShell, Bash), web APIs (including SOAP, REST and GraphQL), and on-premise and cloud directory services such as LDAP, Azure AD and GSuite.
- Excellent security awareness, with knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST and CIS.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders and technical teams.
