The Role

You'll become part of a busy and supportive Licensing team, working with clients across the hospitality and leisure sector throughout Northern Ireland.

Your work will include:

• Representing clients in licensing-related advocacy and court proceedings.
• Building strong client relationships by taking a practical, solutions-focused approach and gaining a genuine understanding of their businesses.

About You

Applications are welcomed from newly qualified Solicitors or those due to qualify shortly who can demonstrate:

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor (or Barrister), qualified in England & Wales, Northern Ireland or another recognised common law jurisdiction.


• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial law.


• Previous experience supervising or mentoring staff.


• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.


• A genuine interest in legal technology.


• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Experience gained within private practice or an in-house legal team would be advantageous, as would previous exposure to legal technology and process improvement.
