**Role Purpose:**
Control Estimation at TAIT is a lively, fast-paced and sometimes challenging position. In addition to developing estimates for potential work, the historical data and general knowledge the role provides is used throughout the organization to make impactful decisions, often with limited time. As a TAIT Estimator you are a key part of a support structure that is heavily relied upon and trusted by many.

**Responsibilities & Expectations:**
+ Lead the preparation of realistic estimates to support the development and management of projects
+ Ability to sensibly produce estimates with appropriate fidelity depending on the requirement and the time available (Nuclear, ROM, Preliminary Estimate, and Quote Estimate)
+ Work closely with Project Management, Design, Finance, Procurement and Production Control on estimates, production estimates (PE), etc.
+ Build a database of past project costs and forecasting tools to inform future bids
+ Maintain a strong partnership with all Electrical and Control functions (Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, and Integration) during the estimating process to ensure accurate estimates and alignment with field teams.
+ Navigate ERP software to pull various data for estimation comparisons and TAIT personnel.
+ Collaborate with Fabrication teams to monitor progress and examine habits/patterns of various elements during production.
+ Experience managing budgeting and financial aspects of the projects
+ Adaptability and flexibility collating and presenting data dependent on bid requirements
+ Utilize common terminology to help project managers and stakeholders understand the quality and reliability of cost estimates.
+ Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
+ Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field or experience in Industrial Controls, Electrical Fabrication or Automation Controls Architecture
+ General knowledge of Electrical Theory and ability to read Electrical schematics
+ Familiarity with safety PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
+ Ability to visually scale and communicate ideas via drawing and sketches
+ Strong proficiency with numbers and mathematics.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication.
+ Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Understanding of budgeting and finance aspects of projects.
+ Commercial project estimation knowledge.

**Position Purpose**
Project Managers (PM's) play the lead role in planning, developing, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, budget, team, and resources, all leading to the successful execution of the project. The successful completion of a project is built on the core goals of "Happy Client, Happy Team, At a Profit".
**Responsibilities**
PM are generally expected to spend approximately 85% of their time performing as a Project Manager for active projects or bidding, 10% of their time contributing to organizational and departmental improvements, and 5% towards continuing education. **Position Purpose**
As an Asset Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of equipment and resources. Your responsibilities include meticulously tracking, organizing, and distributing assets, equipment, and materials to various event locations. You will collaborate with production teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely asset availability, maintenance, and returns. Additionally, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate asset records and contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our live events. **Responsibilities & Expectations:**
+ Translating Bills of Material, drawings, and informal requests into accurate RentalWorks quotes and orders.
+ Creating shortage reports delivered to project managers and estimators regarding upcoming events. This process includes thorough investigation into shortages, clarification of variables, and recommendation of possible substitutions given current inventory levels.
+ Acting as a subject matter expert for asset capabilities and historical uses to inform project design.
+ Developing forecasts showing asset shortages and surpluses based on details such as usage in previous touring cycles.
+ Communicating with all other departments throughout TAIT to ensure asset repairs, production, and delivery.
+ Developing and documenting processes related to all aspects of the asset lifecycle.
+ Communicating clearly in verbal and written form to educate other employees regarding how assets function and interact with one another to create systems.
+ Generating demands in company ERP system to create new assets and purchase needed parts.
+ Engaging with external vendors to source and specify asset purchases.
+ Promoting under-utilized assets to maximize company profit.
+ Creating and managing orders within the RentalWorks database which include accurate project dates, responsible parties, and changes to gear configurations.
+ Producing regular reports and appropriate follow-up to ensure accurate database information regarding physical location and operational status of gear.
+ Generating and running project planning meetings and representing the Asset Department in meetings throughout the TAIT Project Process.
+ Managing and creating documentation related to assets.
+ Contributing to design and specification of future products to ensure adherence to company asset strategy.
+ Coordinating asset transfers between international asset teams
+ Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures

**Position Purpose**

**Position Purpose**
The Controls Integrator is tasked with bringing multiple elements of a project together as one cohesive system. Controls integrators play a key technical role in all aspects of the project life cycle. An integrator has essential responsibilities in project coordination ensuring smooth and effective factory acceptance testing & site acceptance testing.
