WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
  • Proactively hunting new business
  • Partnering with the Marketing and Key Accounts teams to build targeted campaigns and convert pipeline into real revenue
  • Building a book of business across IVD manufacturers, biotech’s and academic research groups
  • Managing leads, following up relentlessly and turning interest into orders

THE IDEAL BACKGROUND

You've come from a sales, business development or lead generation role — ideally within life sciences, diagnostics or a related technical field. You might be a scientist who discovered you're wired for the commercial side, or a sales professional who gets genuinely excited by science…Either works.

Given the rural Buckinghamshire setting, having your own car and being comfortable commuting to the office is a real practical advantage here.
