What you’ll be doing- Own a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring value delivery, satisfaction, and renewals
- Identify growth opportunities and work with commercial teams to drive upsell and cross-sell
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices and ensuring their success with our services
- Help define and scale our customer success playbook
- Support recruitment and mentoring of future team members as we grow
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and leadership teams to be the voice of the customer internally
- Attend occasional in-person meetings across the UK with clients and our team
- 5+ years’ experience in customer success or client-facing roles, ideally in consulting, renewables, or sustainability sectors
- Proven track record of managing and expanding key client accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue through renewals and expansions
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver
- Based in the UK and able to travel occasionally for team and client meetings
- We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time
- Up to 50% commission
