Job Description

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes across all sections and in ensuring daily prep levels are met by our dedicated prep team. You will work closely with Kitchen senior management, taking ownership of your section while helping to train and mentor junior chefs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking to bring their skills to a forward‑thinking kitchen and take the next step in their career.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and high culinary techniques
  • A strong understanding of all sections across the kitchen
  • In‑depth understanding of Food Safety
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock your assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Collaborate closely with prep chefs to monitor inventory and ensure correct daily par levels across all sections
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety
  • Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation: Define and own the long-term digital vision, ensuring it drives the organisation's overall business objectives; Identify and capitalise on major opportunities for innovation and growth, steering the company toward new digital revenue streams; Act as the primary digital advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, translating complex digital trends into actionable business strategies.
  • Commercial & P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for digital revenue generation, customer acquisition costs and customer lifetime value; oversee high-level financial planning for the loyalty programmes, and gift card strategies, ensuring profitability rather than just budget adherence; Drive aggressive growth strategies for the gift card and loyalty programmes to maximise commercial returns.
