Senior Project Manager

Location: Northampton

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our East Midlands Regional Build team, taking ownership of the successful delivery of major construction projects from inception through to completion. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this is a key leadership role with full accountability for project delivery, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance.

You will lead project teams, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive collaboration across planning, design, commercial, and operational functions. You will be an experienced construction professional with outstanding leadership capability and a proven track record of delivering major projects as the lead Project Manager within a main contractor environment.

You will bring:

• Experience delivering construction projects as a Senior Project Manager on schemes valued in excess of 20 million, supported by a degree (or equivalent), CITB Level 3 Safety qualification, and a valid CSCS Card (professional qualification desirable).

Due to continued growth within our Infrastructure business, we are looking for a Design Coordinator to join our Water team, supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across the South West.

Working alongside Design Managers, project teams, designers and our supply chain, you will coordinate the design process from tender stage through to construction, ensuring design information is delivered on time, meets client requirements and supports efficient project delivery. You'll play an important role in driving collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, identifying buildability opportunities, and ensuring designs are practical, coordinated and ready for construction.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical understanding of civil engineering or infrastructure projects who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the design process from tender through to construction, ensuring design information is delivered in line with programme, quality and client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with designers, project teams, subcontractors and clients to develop practical, buildable and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Organise and coordinate design meetings, manage design information and support the timely delivery of design packages throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to join our Infrastructure team, supporting the successful delivery of projects across the South West Water Framework.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Tilbury Douglas is seeking an Assistant Buyer to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team in Birmingham. You will manage purchase orders, engage suppliers and support project teams across multiple sites to deliver value through effective purchasing.

The role offers exposure to tender activities, supplier relationship management, and a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
