Are you a confident people leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead local teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a positive, high-performing culture across the interchanges in Greater Manchester.
Your RoleThis is a varied and rewarding role where you'll balance strategic priorities with real-time operational demands. One moment you could be managing site inspections and safety audits, and the next responding to operational incidents, supporting your team through challenges, or making critical decisions to keep services running smoothly.
As a Facilities Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in leading frontline teams in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. With a strong focus on putting customers first, you'll lead by example, inspire high standards of customer service, build engaged and motivated teams, and act as a visible ambassador for the organisation's values in everything you do.
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. The role is primarily site-based, with standard working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, when not operating on the leadership rota. To support the operational requirements of the Bee Network, you'll also participate in a rotating shift pattern full details in the application form.
