Job Description

As a Payroll Officer you will be responsible for entering payroll data into the payroll spreadsheet which will include preparing manual calculations for salary changes, starters and leavers.

You will be expected to review sickness reports from the HR System and Managers to ensure unpaid sickness is included on the payroll spreadsheet for deduction.

As part of your role you will prepare monthly payroll for sign off by Leadership Team.

You should be able to communicate at all levels and be the point of contact for payroll related queries and responding within a timely manner.

Qualifications

The role is suitable for someone who is an outstanding communicator with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. As well as understanding the importance of confidentiality and proven payroll experience.

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d) to support our Marketing team in various tasks revolving Marketing Automation and Email Marketing through tools including Marketo and Inxmail. This role acts as a key player in setting up and automating sophisticated marketing journeys to nurture both prospects and customers through their lifecycle as well as executing ad-hoc email campaigns on a global level.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years working in marketing automation and email marketing (Marketo experience preferred, but not required)
  • An understanding of the lead funnel, scoring and strategies to optimize lead conversion
  • Experience working with a CRM system (MS Dynamics CRM experience is a plus)
