Head of Payouts – Car Finance | Manchester City Centre
We’re working with a fast-growing car finance business based in the heart of Manchester, who are on the lookout for a Payment Specialist to lead and shape their internal payouts function.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with previous team leadership experience and who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll have the autonomy to build structure, introduce process improvements, and scale a high-performing team from the ground up.

What you'll be doing:
• Leading the day-to-day operations of the payouts team
• Reviewing current workflows and implementing efficient, scalable processes
• Acting as the go-between for internal sales, underwriting, and external partners
• Building and mentoring a team as the function grows
• Working closely with leadership to align payouts with business strategy
• Responsible for building out a robust, scalable payouts process and
• Implementing structure to support growth
What we're looking for:
• Prior experience in a payouts, sales support, or finance operations role within the car finance industry
• Proven track record of leading or supervising a small team
• Highly organised, process-oriented, and confident in building systems from scratch
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable using CRM or finance platforms and interpreting data to drive improvements
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a desire to take full ownership of the function
Salary: DOE | Starting from £30,000 + competitive bonus structure

Responsibilities- Processing customer payouts accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the Head of Payouts with day-to-day operations
- Reviewing workflows and suggesting improvements where needed
- Liaising with sales, underwriting, and external partners to keep payouts on track
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation
- Maintaining strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a payouts, finance admin, or operations role (ideally within car finance)
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with a process-driven mindset
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM or finance platforms and working with data

We’re on the lookout for an Email Marketing & CRM Executive to help bring our email and SMS campaigns to life.
You’ll play a key role in creating smart, engaging communications that keep customers connected — from automated journeys to one-off campaigns that really deliver results.
If you love combining creativity with data, and enjoy seeing your ideas turn into measurable success, this could be the perfect next step for you.
What you’ll do- Build and manage engaging email and SMS campaigns.
- Create audience segments and automated journeys that improve the customer experience.
- Support with designing and testing new email templates.
- Report on performance and share insights that drive improvements.
- Work closely with others to bring new ideas to the table and make them happen.
At least 2 years’ experience in email marketing or CRM.
Confident using ESP or CRM platforms (Klaviyo or Brevo experience is a big plus).
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
A great communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about digital marketing and customer engagement.
- Basic HTML knowledge (or the desire to learn).
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing.
- Previous agency or client-facing experience.
- Clear onboarding and personal development plan.
