- Partner with Corporate Planning, Inventory Accuracy, Procurement, Stores, and Ecommerce teams to provide business insight and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with and support our centralised Accounting and AP teams to drive operational excellence.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant post‑qualified experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Excellent understanding of balance sheet and P&L accounting.
- Audit background preferred, with additional commercial/in‑house experience.
- Experience leading, reviewing, and developing the work of others.
- Experience working with outsourced or shared‑service finance functions is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
