We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Assistant General Manager to join the team at Temper Soho. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead the restaurant, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What you’ll do:- Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage shifts and maintain high operational standards.
- Help drive sales, control costs, and achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
- Previous management experience in a busy restaurant.
- A hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and lead by example.
