About this role

Remote working nationally within UK. NPCC is currently based in close proximity to St James Park underground station, London and therefore occasional travel will be required to this premise and other Police locations across the UK. We encourage applications from candidates living across the UK. Further details on flexible arrangements will be discussed at interview stage. Part/Full Time: Full Time. Type of Contract: Fixed Term. Contract Duration: 12 Month. Band A. The starting salary is £80,260, which includes allowances totaling £2,928. Salary breakdown: £77,332 basic salary, £89,320 top of scale, £1,982 location allowance and £1,000 non-pensionable allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Strong working knowledge of the digital, data and technology environment across policing and how technology directly enables and benefits policing aspirations.
  • Detailed experience and knowledge of implementing business change at a strategic level.
  • Knowledge of national issues across a broad range of subject matters to enable development and implementation of the committee involving stakeholders from across the Police Service and other relevant organisations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to intervene tactfully yet decisively when required.
  • Ability to communicate with and manage senior and executive level stakeholders, and create effective networks both within the organisation and externally.
  • Extensive, demonstrable experience of strategy, planning, and performance delivery within a large organisation and in a complex environment. Demonstrate the ability to analyse and update reports on progress against delivery.

Vetting

This post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis.   • We deliver, support and inspire, Level 3 – The DDaT coordinator has to support the DDaTCC four sub‑boards (comprised of local police force members) with their delivery plans to achieve core elements of the National Policing Digital Strategy. How would you personally ensure that they have the clarity to achieve their objectives and that their work is being effectively monitored and reported?

Additional Information

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of technical expertise, consultancy experience, and leadership skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate most or all of the following:

Consulting Experience
  • Currently working in a major consulting firm or in industry with a consulting background, with solid foundation of technical expertise and project delivery experience.
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders and working across various stages of end‑to‑end analytics / AI transformation or large‑scale deployments / technology implementation programmes.
  • Demonstrate capability in agile methodologies and project governance tools and artifacts for product delivery.

Analytical Skills

The Team

The Revenue Management & Trading team is the engine room of easyJet’s commercial success. The Role

As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue growth by providing deep dive analytical insights into pricing trends, demand patterns, and inventory performance. You will lead the design and execution of rigorous statistical testing (A/B testing) that validates new pricing strategies and commercial initiatives. Your ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations will ensure easyJet remains agile and competitive in a fluctuating market.

Requirements of the Role

What we’re looking for

  • Academic Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Physics.
  • Technical Proficiency: You have professional experience using SQL and Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • Data Visualisation: You have proven experience building commercial dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools (e.g., PowerBI).
