Key Responsibilities- Support the Operations Manager and team across planning, playlists, and media coordination.
- Ensure short and long‑form media is received and processed in time for TX. Enter media into Provys, ensuring correct channel rights, validity dates, and media IDs.
- Input planning schedules into Provys, attach break patterns, and resolve scheduling discrepancies with clients.
- Populate and maintain short‑form make lists and advert documents.
- Support the Operations Manager with content delivery, acquiring up‑to‑date event information, promotional assets, and program deliverables.
- Check playlists prior to release for missing media, source and deliver to TX and playout portal.
- Run reports on presentation schedules and media from the scheduling database.
- Ensure media is scheduled and managed through transmission and archive.
- Handle ad‑hoc duties such as covering Planning and Presentation Schedulers on holiday or sickness.
- Carry out other duties within the Channels Team that are within the scope of the role.

The IMG Digital team are looking for a Senior Account Manager to react to the needs of the business and its clients. The position will be wide-ranging and may include tasks such as leading a variety of digital content projects, writing and presenting content strategies, auditing client digital production operations or developing creative concepts as well as directly supporting our clients on a regular basis. It is possible that this person may be embedded with a client as part of the role.
Responsibilities- Presenting ideas, campaigns and strategies to clients of all levels of digital maturity
- Creation of digital content strategies based on solid understanding of production capabilities and platform knowledge
- Determining and clarifying a range of strategic and operational problems via consultation (e.g. running interviews, leading workshops)
