Customer Service Agent - Entry Level
Starting salary: 22,308
Location: Lakeside, North Harbour, Portsmouth

About the role
We are looking for people with a passion for animals to join our dynamic team at our Portsmouth Lakeside office. If you are searching for a new challenge, looking to kickstart your career in an office environment, we want to hear from you.
As a customer service agent, your role will be to assist our customers with their pet insurance queries, issues, and complaints, policy renewals and new business customers. This role offers excellent training and future progression opportunities within a supportive and friendly team.
Role responsibilities
- Answering customer calls, assisting with queries, policy renewals and new business
- Manage the customer through the lifecycle of their insurance policy
- Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Admin duties
- Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders and policyholders
About you
- Previous customer service experience - retail and hospitality experience is welcome
- Happy dealing with customers via the telephone
- Hard working and personable
- Resilience within a busy working environment

Hours Full Time 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieu
- Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm
- Please note - no holiday can be taken within the first 4-6 weeks of training
