Full Job Description

Join our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality machinery for the packaging industry, as they expand their dynamic team. We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee all project lifecycle functions, from initial client contact to successful completion.



Must Have:

The candidate will have worked with a production line for machinery which includes the design, manufacturing and finishing in-house and an understanding of the timelines for weld, electric/pneumatic installation and programming within the packaging industry. as well as having experience in the packaging industry.




Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for assigned projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and suppliers.
  • Track and report project performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects.


Qualifications:

  • All relevant qualifications will be considered, experience is critical.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry required.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: £40,000.00 per year
