Campaign Partner Executive – Webinars and Podcasts

The Campaign Partner Executive is responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination and delivery of BizClik’s internal webinar and podcast campaigns. The role sits within the Campaign Partner team and works closely with sales, editorial and marketing to deliver engaging, high‑quality content experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in content, campaigns, events, media or digital production

Webinar and Podcast Delivery
  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of internal webinars and podcasts, from planning through live delivery and post‑campaign follow‑up
  • Coordinate schedules, speakers, internal stakeholders and production teams
  • Ensure production standards and timelines are met to brief and high quality
Campaign and Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in webinars and podcasts
  • Work closely with Campaign Partners, Sales and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
  • Manage timelines, run sheets, agendas and campaign trackers
Production and Operations
  • Liaise with video, audio and production teams to coordinate recording, editing and publishing
  • Support live webinar delivery, including tech checks, speaker prep and live moderation support where required
  • Ensure all assets are correctly stored, named and shared post‑production
Content and Quality Control
  • Ensure all webinar and podcast content aligns with BizClik brand standards and tone of voice
  • Review outlines, scripts and speaker briefs to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Support the repurposing of content into clips, highlights and on‑demand assets
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
  • Track delivery milestones and campaign performance metrics
  • Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve webinar and podcast delivery
  • Support reporting on content output and engagement where required

The Partner Manager will lead our relationships with new and existing video and audio creators on Spotify across UK,IE, NL. The role, sitting within our UK/IE podcast team, will focus primarily on video creators to ensure they view Spotify as a top‑of‑mind distribution and audience growth platform and have access to the right creation and monetisation tools for their needs.

The right candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for the local creator landscape and supporting new and existing creators in developing engaging content. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and have experience in building programmes for scale and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement creator engagement strategies to target local video‑based creators who stand to benefit the most from the Spotify platform
  • Help develop funnel of new podcast talent in market through stakeholder engagement and internal and external advocacy
  • Drive partnerships with key video creators and agents, onboarding them to platform and advocating use of Spotify’s suite of creator tools
  • Collaborate with teams across Spotify including business development, marketing, analytics, operations and more to support partners and add strategic value
  • Collaborate in the planning of creator engagement and training programmes, and creator events in market
  • Be an expert across Spotify’s suite of creator and monetisation tools, able to match the right product to each creator’s needs and opportunities
  • Use data, insights, and audience trends to inform recommendations and translate analytics into clear, actionable outcomes for partners
Who You Are
  • You have proven industry experience in the creator industry and/or creator management across any genre or discipline
  • You have experience in business development, particularly in results‑driven product advocacy and developing scaled programs
  • You know how to turn data‑backed insights into actionable partnership strategies
  • You have a strong understanding of the global creator landscape, the nuances of the local industry, and the challenges facing video and audio creators
  • You are comfortable taking initiative and leading through influence
  • You are comfortable managing multiple internal and external stakeholders with tact and discretion, building consensus across teams
  • You build strong relationships across functions and at all levels of the organisation and industry
