  • Strong background as a hands-on PM, with the ability to credibly coach and mentor others.
  • Practical, modern understanding of discovery, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and measurement.
  • High EQ, low ego: an empathetic communicator who rallies teams around shared purpose.
  • Experience in consumer platforms or two-sided marketplaces (travel, hospitality, fintech, e-commerce).
  • Ability to bring clarity and structure in times of ambiguity or change.
  • Experience building or scaling domain-led teams, with awareness of how UX, data, and AI shape modern product work.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement – raising the bar and giving/receiving feedback well.

About You

You will take ownership and follow through. You bring energy, positivity, and a bias for action. You're a starter-finisher who sets high standards, communicates with clarity, and lifts others up. You thrive on collaboration and shared success – and take pride in doing things well.

What We Offer

  • Annual bonus scheme linked to company performance.
  • 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays), plus up to 5 extra with long service.
  • Birthday day off + 2 volunteering days per year.
  • Enhanced parental leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at full pay).

  • On-site gym and parking at Chester HQ (close to the train station).
  • Employee savings scheme + long service awards.
  • Proudly one of only 1,000 B Corp-certified companies in the UK.
