This role will influence candidate and client experience by:

Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience at Amazon by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
Entering and tracking candidate information in Amazon database and ensure appropriate partners have access to necessary information
Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like (ex. Outlook, Excel, Word, Slack)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)

- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, managed exits, and redundancies in accordance with legal requirements and best practices, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensure employee data is well-managed, current, secure, and structured to facilitate reporting.
- Line management of an HR Coordinator.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- HR generalist experience across all aspects of the employee life cycle
- CIPD level 5+ preferred
- Architecture or design sector experience would be advantageous
- Organised, efficient and confident working independently
- Excellent written English
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to operate confidently and appropriately with all levels within a company.
