This is one of the most influential workforce leadership roles in adult social care.

As Director of Workforce Development and member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help shape how England develops, supports and values its care workforce over the coming decade.

Working with government, employers, people who draw on care and support, and national partners, you will lead Skills for Care's workforce development agenda across learning and development, skills and standards, culture and diversity, professional development and workforce transformation.

·Deliver high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service


What We're Looking For:
·NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent)
·Minimum 2 years' experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician
·HGV, LCV or dealership experience considered
·Strong diagnostic and repair skills
·Full UK Driving Licence
·A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
