You’ll join one of our Cambridge schools as a full‑time Cover Supervisor, building classroom confidence while working alongside experienced teachers.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Gain hands‑on classroom experience every day
• Attend regular professional training
• Receive dedicated support from an experienced mentor
• Develop the skills needed for teacher training

Progress into your Initial Teacher Training while continuing to receive financial support.

• PGCE
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A strong foundation for a successful teaching career

• A UK bachelor’s degree (or recognised international equivalent)
• GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above
• Primary applicants also require GCSE Science at Grade C/4 or above

If you’re missing GCSE qualifications, equivalency testing and Subject Knowledge Enhancement courses may be available.
