**The Work**
As a Target System Analysis (TSA) Analyst, you will analyze all‑source intelligence and produce advanced, decision‑quality target system assessments in a dynamic theater environment. + Develop advanced Target System Assessments (TSAs) using all‑source methods; synthesize complex data into clear analytic products and briefings for senior stakeholders.
+ Integrate intelligence with operational planning activities, supporting Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE/JIOPE) and target development (basic, intermediate, and advanced).
+ Contribute across the Joint Targeting Cycle, including weaponeering inputs, collateral damage estimation (CDE), target validation, and effects assessment.
+ Apply DIA tradecraft (e.g., Center of Gravity and Critical Factors Analysis) and analytic methodologies; maintain rigorous analytic design and documentation standards.
+ Use mission systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., RMT, CHROME, Cedalion, Warpath, MARS, MIDB) to research, fuse, and share intelligence.
+ Coordinate with COCOM J2 targeting cells and joint/coalition partners; ensure alignment with Combatant Command (COCOM) structures, directives, and processes.
+ Produce high‑quality analytical writing, visualizations, and briefings that translate complex findings into actionable insights for operators and planners.

NBCU has deployed SAP to run financial, logistics, and HR processes. SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) is deployed to run the planning processes at an enterprise and division level. NBCU currently has 16 BPC solutions to support financial planning processes. NBCU is also on a Finance transformation journey that will result in most of the planning solutions moving to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
As the Business System Analysis Manager, you will be the bridge between finance strategy and technical execution. You will lead the support and delivery of planning solutions within the International FP&A portfolio, ensuring our global users have the tools they need to drive the business forward. This role will be responsible for supporting SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions within the Organization.
This role is considered a critical role in Enterprise Applications, and the job also requires working flexible hours to support accounting/planning users globally.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent
+ 8+ years of ERP FP&A systems (SAC, SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.) hands-on experience, leading up to Lead Architect level work in an IT capacity, implementing planning solutions of high complexity and large scale
+ Prior hands-on experience should include technical/functional analyst with proven skills to develop templates, configuration of new environments/models, dimensions, logic, and computations
+ Demonstrated ability to learn new FP&A technologies
+ Skillful at translating complex technical requirements into "finance-speak" for executive stakeholders
+ Ability to gather & present business requirements into functional and technical specifications
+ Ability to guide technical development using specifications documentation
+ Ability to work and collaborate within a cross-functional matrix
+ Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of business and IT
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to expand depth of knowledge
+ Adherence to project methodologies and change control processes
+ A strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting
+ Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes

+ Knowledge and experience of building models within SAC and/or BPC

+ Project time and cost estimation ability
