The **Enterprise Reconciliation Unit (ERU) e-RADAR RTB Reporting Team** is a global function responsible for delivering operational business intelligence to senior management, providing transparency into performance, exposure, and productivity across Citi's product groups. **Team/Function Overview**

My client is one of the largest financial institutions headquartered in Japan, with an established presence across all consumer and corporate banking businesses. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, they offer a diverse range of financial services, including commercial banking, leasing, securities, credit card, consumer finance and other services.
They are seeking a Reconciliation and Reporting Analyst to join the team on a contract to the end of the March 2027. The role is hybrid working being in the office 2-3 days a week with the remainder of time working from home. It would be expected that you would be fully office based for the first couple of weeks as you learn the role. Standard office hours Monday to Friday with the occasional out of hours requirement in line with business needs.
Based in the Limit Control side of the EDLC team you will ensure all limits across the bank are maintained and updated along with any excesses that occur on a daily basis. This will be Derivative limits and also helping to maintain their Trade Finance limits on the GGS system and working closely with other Operations Administration Departments to ensure all systems are correct and as per Credit Approvals.
Purpose of Job
- Proactively provide support to Front Office departments for efficient execution of limit transactions across all bank systems. These are several different limits including Derivative, Money Market and Loan products.
- Responsibility for the accurate reporting of limit excesses across all EMEA Front Office Departments, ensuring excesses are escalated and followed through to resolution.
- Provide accurate reconciliations across a multitude of systems to ensure limits and transactions adhere to credit approved applications and credit approved conditions.
- Input limits to booking systems in relation to Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Overdraft products.
- Regularly review and maintain internal procedures
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities at short notice whilst continuing to supply quality service.
- Promote a control culture to ensure the Section accurately captures all transactions in the Banks core processing systems
- Constructively challenge and influence change to enhance business performance for the Section and Department
- Undertakes the role to support the collection and registration of covenant information in the Deal Document Tracking (DDT) system as defined in facility documentation, to include Compliance/Margin Certificates, Financial Statements, Forecasts, and Budgets.
- Manage and circulate overdue reporting to front office and team heads.
- Reconciliation between all systems to ensure Credit Approvals are replicated in each system

THE ROLE
As a Multi-Skilled Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of high-quality vehicle body repairs within a busy accident repair environment.
Your work will include panel repairs and replacement, structural repairs, MET strip and fit, and minor preparation work where required. You'll ensure every vehicle is repaired safely, efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer repair methods and industry standards.
This is a particularly attractive opportunity for a productive technician, with an hours-sold bonus structure designed to reward efficiency and high-quality output.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out panel repairs, panel replacements and structural body repairs on damaged vehicles.
- Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components where required.
- Complete minor preparation work to support the vehicle refinishing process.
- Repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer repair methods and industry standards.
- Work efficiently to maximise productive hours while maintaining exceptional repair quality.
- Work closely with Paint Technicians, MET Technicians and Workshop Controllers to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure consistently high-quality standards.
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed repair timescales.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety procedures.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a skilled, versatile and productive Panel Beater who takes pride in delivering first-class repairs and wants the opportunity to be financially rewarded for performance.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Panel Beater or Panel Technician within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre.

We are looking for a skilled or semi-skilled Trailer Builder to join our client’s workshop team based near Royston, Hertfordshire. This is a hands-on role building bespoke catering trailers and specialist conversions.
This is not an entry-level position . The successful candidate must have previous workshop, trade, fabrication, carpentry, fitting, or construction experience and be confident using hand and power tools.
You will be working as part of a small team, carrying out high-quality builds from start to finish, with the opportunity to develop further skills within a specialist industry.
Key Responsibilities- Building and fitting bespoke trailer interiors and structures
- Installing walls, floors, counters, cladding, and internal fittings
- Carrying out fabrication, preparation, and assembly work
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately
- Working from drawings, plans, and measurements
