The Role
As an Oven Rectification Technician / Polisher, you'll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle leaves the paint process to the highest possible standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Machine polishing freshly painted vehicles to a showroom-quality finish.
Rectifying paint defects including dust contamination, paint runs, silicon contamination, orange peel, and other minor imperfections.
Flatting and polishing panels using professional hand and machine polishing equipment.
Inspecting paintwork to ensure exceptional quality standards are achieved.
Working closely with the paint and Bodyshop teams to maintain production targets without compromising quality.
Following all health and safety procedures within a modern Bodyshop environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Vehicle Polisher, Rectification Technician, SMART Repair Technician, or within a high-volume Bodyshop.
Excellent knowledge of polishing techniques, compounds, abrasives, and finishing products.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing first-class workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment.
A positive attitude with excellent reliability and teamwork skills.
