This Residential Property Paralegal role offers the opportunity to support experienced Partners and fee earners across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. The Role

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should have at least one year's experience within a Residential Property team, either as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar. Experience within residential conveyancing is preferred, although applicants with exposure to Commercial Property, Plot Sales, New Homes or other property-related disciplines will also be considered.The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a client-focused approach are essential. Experience of time recording, using case management systems and working towards fee targets would be advantageous.
