Specific Skills

Accountability
To attend customer locations as advised by controller, to carry out preventive maintenance servicing. To liaise with service controller and customer both at the outset and as work progresses. To ensure that all work is carried out to high standards and that equipment is safe before handing back to customer. Ensure equipment is serviced in line with manufacturers recommendations and that all associated paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner including recording customer signatures. Take proper care of company vehicle and equipment.
Education and Experience
Either direct experience (around 3 years) or working in a related engineering function, e.g. car mechanic, HGV fitter, Agricultural Engineer former REME or experience on military vehicles such as recovery mechanic or a formal apprenticeship qualification that includes at least C&G level 1, formal training in health & Safety desirable but not essential as further training will be given.

You will be supporting the operations team's activities day to day and conducting repairs on process equipment and environmental stress screening facilities using drawings, circuit diagrams, schematics, user manuals, etc.

Will involve working in an autonomous capacity, maintaining process, ESD and extraction/monitoring equipment, also diagnosing faults, repairing equipment and ensuring spares packages for the equipment are updated to ensure minimal downtime as well as managing externally held maintenance and breakdown contracts.

- HNC or higher in Relevant Engineering Subject
- Experience providing support to operators in executing preventative maintenance tasks on process equipment.
- Experience undertaking reactive maintenance down to component level on electronic manufacturing machinery.

completed accurately and in a timely manner including recording
customer signatures. Take proper care of company vehicle and
equipment.Education
and ExperienceEither direct experience
(around 3 years) or working in a related engineering function, e.g.
car mechanic, HGV fitter, Agricultural Engineer former REME or
experience on military vehicles such as recovery mechanic or a
formal apprenticeship qualification that includes at least C&G
level 1, formal training in health & Safety desirable but not
essential as further training will be
given. This
position is a great opportunity for engineers with transferable
skills looking to get into the plant industry. Training for the
