We are looking for dedicated PPM Technician at Arla Foods Stourton Dairy process department to conduct routine inspections and maintenance on assets. This role involves following planned maintenance schedules, taking ownership of problem-solving, and collaborating to upskill operations and technicians. You will play a key role in supporting asset reliability through maintenance plan development and optimisation.
How will you add value
- Execute planned maintenanceactivities to improve maintenance execution on site to prevent failures, source necessary spare parts, and update the engineering plan
- Utilise SAP CMMS and FastWork to record all maintenance activities and contribute to top loss review and action closure
- Ensure OEE is realised through data analysis and effective CI work to reduce unplanned stops, leading RCA with site teams, maintaining technical standards including SOPs, SMPs and work instructions and support knowledge sharing and skill development across operations and engineering.

Skills and Qualifications:

About The Role
To effectively carry out servicing and inspections of machinery ensuring we deliver a first class service to both internal & external customers. To actively seek revenue opportunities and discuss these with customers, Customer Support Representative’s and your Line Manager.
What you will be doing:
- Carry out maintenance servicing and inspections on Volvo construction equipment and miscellaneous equipment, submitting detailed inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure work is carried out to high standards, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all work is checked & tested with a keen eye to detail & high quality of work carried out, at all times.
- Carry out all work in line with quotations and time guides, highlighting to management where additional work may be required.
- Complete product updates / campaign work as instructed by the CSA Planners.
- Accurately complete systems/paperwork, including but not limited to oil sample reports, Matris readouts, component failure reports, Service Inspection Reports.
- Flexibility to work overtime as and when required and to honour reasonable call out requests.
