Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of bespoke residential schemes across all RIBA stages from inception through to completion
  • Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to programme
  • Produce and develop high-quality design proposals, technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
  • Monitor project programmes, budgets, resources, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants while resolving technical and design challenges as they arise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders throughout each commission
  • Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team where appropriate
  • Promote sustainable design principles and contribute to environmentally responsible project solutions
Skills & Experience
  • ARB-registered Architect with proven experience delivering projects within the UK
  • Demonstrable experience working on luxury private residential developments across multiple RIBA stages
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to coordinate and manage complex residential projects
  • Confident working alongside clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Vectorworks would be beneficial
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles, with Passivhaus knowledge or certification considered an advantage
  • Commercially aware with the ability to balance design quality, programme requirements, and project budgets
