A firm in central London operating an optional 2 day hybrid working policy is looking to expand the low rise residential team. As a Project Architect, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of low-rise residential schemes including new-build housing, small apartment blocks and community-led developments. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, from concept through to completion, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of design, sustainability and buildability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and coordination of low-rise residential projects through all RIBA stages
- Liaise with clients, local authorities and design teams to manage design quality and programme
- Prepare and coordinate planning and working drawings packages
- Oversee technical delivery and site stages with contractors
- Contribute to design reviews and mentor junior team members
- Maintain awareness of current UK Building Regulations and sustainability standards
About You
- ARB registered Architect with 2–6 years post-Part III experience
- Proven experience delivering residential projects in the UK (preferably low-rise or small-scale housing)
- Confident using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with SketchUp or Enscape a plus)
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
- Must have rights to work in the UK- This firm cannot sponsor at this time!

We are seeking a Project Architect to coordinate all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and permitting support. You will be involved in retail showroom design refurbishments from the earliest stages right through to completion.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate multiple projects from start to finish to ensure high quality and that client designs are achieved
· Collate computer generated drawings, which include floor plans, elevations, sections, details, perspective drawings & renderings.
· Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
· Attend on site visits to check project status and compile status reports on projects
· Manage weekly status calls with clients and Design teams to maintain project deadlines
Requirements and skills
· Proven working experience as a Project Architect or Project Coordinator
· Strong portfolio available
· Excellent drawing skills and experience with design software (AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe)
· Communication and project management skills
. Commutable distance to the Hull Studio
. Knowledge of Building Regulations
· Bachelor's degree BA from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
