What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll be:
- Keeping our shared inboxes in check and responding to requests li>Sorting lease vehicles and fuel cards
- Ordering and tracking workwear
- Managing employee vouchers including flu jab and long service awards
- Logging taxi journeys and chasing up any issues
- Helping with travel bookings, purchase orders, and office supplies
- Supporting our internal systems and travel platforms
- Organising team meetings and keeping us all on track
- Exploring development opportunities within Business Services and Reporting
This role involves occasional travel to other sites.
